We are running classes in the following disciplines:


» Beginners Yoga


Discover the fundamentals of yoga; posture, alignment and breathing.

» Intermediate Yoga


Improve on strength and balance, core strengthening and learn sun salutation.

» Power Yoga


Power and Sports Yoga are dynamic strong classes that involve deep stretches, flexibility and sequences.

» Bums, Tums and Thighs


Core strengthening, and a workout for bums, thighs and tummys. Yoga and exercise bands are incorporated to work on these key areas. Loosen up, workout and relax.

» Relaxation and Meditation


Learn simple techniques for meditation and deep relaxation to aid sleep and ward off stress.

» Hatha Yoga


A combination of linked body and breath work. Correct alignment (Iyengar) and flowing sequences (Viniyasa)

» Prenatal Yoga


Pregnancy or Prenatal yoga trains you to focus on different areas of your body, which is particularly helpful during childbirth. We focus on easing the muscles, rest and relaxation and positions for childbirth, using the birthing ball.

» Mother/Baby Yoga


Yoga for mum to get back into shape and massage for baby to relax and soothe.

» Weight Management Programs


Private weekly exercise and weekly plan plus weigh in.Learn how to eat rather than to diet. Dramatically increase your energy levels with low Gi food and exercise to suit you. (Can be done with a friend or two if desired)

» One to One Classes


The particular needs of the individual are assessed. Therapeutic yoga practiced and a specific yoga routine drawn up.

Yogaworks Studio is available for use by qualified practitioners looking for a space to work from.
